Revolutionise 2024 Rollover

Welcome to the final month of 2024! 🎉
As we wrap up the year, here’s a quick reminder about the upcoming Revolutionise Rollover happening on Tuesday, 10th December 2024.
Here’s what you need to know:
• Archiving Members & Invoices: Revolutionise will archive all members and invoices. Don’t worry—you’ll still be able to access previous season member details via reporting once the rollover is complete.
• Payment Changes: Following the 2024 process, Rowing QLD and Rowing Australia Capitation Fees must be paid online via credit card. Other payment methods won’t be supported in the system. Please note that the RA/RQ fee is only charged once each year so if you have a member who notices that they may have paid it twice, please contact me.
• “Add Member” Function: This feature will remain disabled as part of the updated process.
Clubs are free to choose how they collect their registration fees, but before the rollover, we recommend:
• Running and saving copies of all end-of-year reports for your records.
• Removing any RevolutioniseSPORT administrators who are no longer relevant.
• Cleaning up admin notes for members where applicable.
Exciting Updates for 2025
• National ID Number Finder: This tool will simplify athlete transfers and ensure all details are correct.
• New Transfers Process: We’re introducing a streamlined system to make moving clubs easier while ensuring all outstanding fees are cleared. Both origin and destination clubs, as well as relevant parent bodies, will need to approve the transfer before the member receives a link to finalize their renewal. (We’ve attached an example to guide you.)
Important: When signing up in Revolutionise, all athletes, volunteers, and coaches should use their correct first name, last name, date of birth, and email address to avoid any issues.
Affiliation for 2025
For next year, Club and School Affiliation with Rowing Queensland will be approached differently. Within the revolutionise platform, a Affiliation Document will be sent to all clubs to be filled out and paid for. More information on this to come but the aim is to streamline the process and reduce administrator time.
