Please find attached the following notices and supporting documents for the upcoming Rowing Queensland Ltd (RQL) Annual General Meeting (AGM):
1. RQL Call for Nominations 2025
2. RQL Board Member Nomination form 2025 – due 27 April 2025
3. RQL Member Club Representative form 2025 – due by 22 May 2025
4. RQL Proxy Form 2025 – due 25 May 2025
The RQL AGM will be held on Sunday 25 May 2025 at 11:00 at the Commercial Rowing Club, 150 Jane Street, West End and via Microsoft Teams video link. Further information regarding the AGM including all supporting documentation will be provided to all members by no later than 21 days out from the meeting, pursuant to clause 8.3.2 of the RQL Constitution.
